Our Partner Program
The VAULT Salon Associate Program is a comprehensive hands-on experience that provides training in technical skills, guest handling, and business building.
"Partners" work with our senior stylists to grow into career hairdressers. Each Partner is given the opportunity to learn in a variety of environments including in an assisting role, at designated class times, and even while taking one's own clients during Opportunity Shifts. VAULT Salon provides an environment for growth, learning, and support while embracing the elite standards found in a luxury salon.
It is our commitment that every Partner should graduate from our program with a seamless transition from the associate-level into a full-fledged Stylist with the skills necessary for success in our industry.
We are always on the lookout for potential Partners with passion, eagerness to learn, and a willingness to be trained and coached.

How we compensate
Hourly Wage + Tips + Bonuses
Our Stylists can expect to earn somewhere between $35,000-$150,000 per year.
Where you land in that range depends on YOU.
