Hi, I'm Matthew—a NorCal native with SoCal roots. My lifelong passion for fashion and beauty has found its home in hair. Specializing in blonding services and hair cutting, I emphasize lived-in color. As a salon educator, I stay current on trends and techniques.
Beyond the chair, I explore new eateries and cherish moments at home with my partner and dogs. It's a sanctuary where I recharge, bringing fresh perspectives to my work. Crafting the perfect blonde or staying on trend, I aim to enhance beauty and boost confidence for each client.

Hi everyone I'm Jared! I'm married with three kids I am well rounded in all services but specialize in highlights and balayage, as well as short womens cuts/pixie cuts and mens color and cuts.

Hi, my name is Caitlin! I’m from Nevada County and I’m a third generation cosmetologist. Thankfully, with my mom’s experience in the beauty world and my dad being a small business owner, I definitely inherited the gift of gab!
My end goal will always be for you to feel beautiful whenever you’re leaving my chair.

Hi, I’m Monica! I specialize in lived-in color, lightening services, and there’s nothing I love more than finishing a look with a good bouncy blowout. Helping people feel beautiful and confident is truly the best part of what I do.
Outside the salon, I love spending time with my family, paddle boarding, and being anywhere near the water—especially Bodega Bay, my favorite spot by the ocean. I grew up doing competitive dance, so music and movement have always been a big part of my life. These days, you’ll usually catch me listening to R&B or country music, eating Mexican food (my all-time favorite), or relaxing at home with my three dogs, one cat, and my go-to shows, Sex and the City and Love Island.
Life’s all about doing what you love and surrounding yourself with good energy—and I try to bring that into every part of my day.

Born in California, I’ve lived in many different places across the United States and even spent time abroad. Although my background is in Information Technology, I’ve found a true passion in the beauty industry and love the creativity and challenge it brings.
Blonding services are among my favorites, and I’m committed to doing whatever it takes to help you achieve your hair goals. I enjoy connecting with clients and learning about their stories and backgrounds. Outside of hair, I’m especially interested in decorative rocks, science, animals, and even an occasional conspiracy theory.

Hey, I’m Bella! I’m all about the details, especially the blowout — it’s my favorite part of any service because it’s where the entire look comes to life. There’s nothing better than that final reveal moment.
Outside of the salon, I’m a total foodie who loves exploring new restaurants and new adventures. I recharge by hiking, playing games, and hanging out with my fur babies. I believe in creating a space where you feel confident, cared for, and completely at home.
