Cash or Stash: Retail Bonus Program
At VAULT, we believe in rewarding hustle and supporting growth. Our Cash or Stash program is designed to celebrate your retail success while giving you options that fuel your future.
When you reach monthly retail milestones, you’ll earn a bonus based on your total sales:
• 1k Club: 10% cash or 20% stash
• 2k Club: 15% cash or 20% stash
• 3k Club: 20% cash or 20% stash + a custom L’ANZA apron embroidered with your name
Cash is paid out as a direct bonus. Stash is doubled and banked in an education fund you can use for classes, travel, professional tools, or personal extension services. You choose your reward at the end of each month during our team celebration meetings.

Health care is a necessity and available for all full-time employees. Add your spouse and children. VAULT Salons proudly contributes 50% to your healthcare plan to individuals.

KPI'S
A KPI stands for Key Performance Indicator. We believe that what you measure grows. Every week, we take a look at what we did as a service provider and journal our wins and what we want to improve. By monitoring your numbers, you are clear on your success and where you may need help.
We also use your KPI’s to coach you on your strengths and educate you to help overcome challenges. We believe in basing our business decisions on facts, not feelings, so we analyze your numbers to determine if you are ready for a level jump, bonus qualified, or a price increase.
Average Ticket
Average ticket is the average dollar amount that each client spends per ticket. With the right selling strategies, just a slight increase in your average ticket can make all the difference in your revenue for the year.
Retail
Retail products are directly related to your retention and referrals. To have success as a service provider, this is an essential part of your growth. Plus, your clients need the proper tools at home to care for their investment. It's a win-win for you both!
Pre-Booking
Set yourself up for success by scheduling future visits with your clients. Get them excited to try new products and services and set them up for beauty goals and unique experiences.
Client Count
Building your clientele is crucial to your financial success. Building relationships and trust is your number one goal. When you focus on serving, the numbers and success will follow.

Retention
This is the percentage of clients that come back compared to those who don't. Calculate retention rate by dividing the number of returning clients by the total number of clients for a given time period.

Level System
The primary goals of our Salon Level System within The VAULT Salons is to provide a career path of growth, reward, and achievement. Earn as much as you want! There is no cap on service menu pricing and is based on the individuals KPI’s. Level Jumping can happen annually when all KPI’s are met and show a three month growth trajectory. There are also half level jumps when you’re meeting most of your KPI’s but need a little extra time before making the full jump!
